You do sound like a classic case of Lupus. Has your doctor ran an ANA test on you yet?
You need to see a rheumy for further testing.

Also get you some sun protective clothing and hats. I have bought several pieces of clothes from and I perfer the coolibar style clothing. They are softer and nicer in hot weather.

I completely agree with Joy.  I would see a Rheumatologist.  Where I live you have to go through your primary doctor to get a referral to a Rheumatologist.  When I initially went to my primary, he suspected that was what was going on with me, ordered a battery of tests and then sent me to a Rheumatologist.
