Having a difficult time sleeping is very normal for that amount of Prednisone. Very often your Dr will prescribe some kind of "sleep aid" (not necessarily a sleeping pill) to help you out. You do need your sleep, so don't hesitate to report the problem!!
The legs, face, vision -- if these symptoms last more than 2-3 days talk with your Dr. However, you may be over-analyzing the whole issue -- try not to think about
Prednisone and just got about
your day. Do these things still bother you?
I would suggest that the face & eyes in particular may be because you are looking too closely.
