Hey everyone,
I'm going back to see my rheumy on Thursday after 2 weeks of only plaquenil and prednisone (we d/c'd my cellcept). I'm not doing good and my doc said we're going to discuss what to do next. Since one of my main symptoms is joint pain and I did well on oral MTX (until we got to the max dose I started having severe nausea), she suggested maybe subq injections of MTX. Have any of you ever taken injectable MTX? Good? Bad? I'd like to know your opinion. My other options were possibly Cytoxan or other IV meds. Any ideas or experiences? Hope everyone's having a good/ low pain day!
