Hardly in the sun- how sensitive are you??

Hi everyone, I'm hardly in the sun these days but continue to break out regularly, does the meds help this once you start them?

Photosensitivity is part of lupus unfortunately.
I'm very sensitive and get a red lace pattern on the exposed part plus blood red in the face. Later I'm so drained of energy and hurt everywhere.
The meds have not helped but wearing special UV protective clothes and sunscreen will help.
I buy mine at coolibar.com. there are other places you can find them too. Just do a net search for them. I also wear a wide brim hat too.
