I am still in the process of getting a diagnosis for whatever is going on with me. At this point I am having bad joint pain in fingers, knees and feet/ankles. I also have a worsening of my acne or rash on my face and wanted to see if you guys could peek and offer an opinion? The rash is on my cheeks and across my nose - I also have a bit on the top of my eyebrows, between them? My nose appears to have acne like bumps, but the rashy stuff on my cheeks isn't raised like pimples.

I've been bounced around from doctor to specialist for over a year with no diagnosis, and see a new rheumy in October due to high ANA again (1:640 homogenous). Thank you for any input!

Have you looked at website yet?
It can help you with the 11 indicators for lupus. You need to only meet 4 of the 11.

Your symptoms do sound like it but then I'm no doctor.

It does take a rhuemy to diagnose lupus. You may just have to endure until October.

Your description does sound like a malar rash, but the link to your photo doesn't work. Check out the 4 of 11 symptoms by following the link in my signature.

Show the photo and list of symptoms to the new Dr. (In the sticky post at the top of the forum "Lupus Resources" there is info on how to prepare for the Drs visit.)
