Greetings... I need you to know:

I am new here, seems to be a few "newbies". My name is actually Melaine. (no not Melanie... Melaine) ; )

Reading your posts to each other you all are informed, kind and understanding. Finding this sight validates symptoms I experience. It means a lot not to be alone and feeling this way too.

Still working toward letting go of my horrid thoughts about myself just being so LAZY. No i'm not lazy, it's this fatigue. Everything is a monumental effort. How are other's coping with this?

What single greatest and saddest at the same time? Here we learn from each other and truly understand. We have the kind of understanding that comes from really walking the others shoes. Not so alone in this.

Thank you for all I have leaned and still learning. Thank you for what you have shared of yourselves.

Melaine
Sending Luv

Hello back, Melaine.

I cope with the fatigue by pampering myself and taking lots of naps, like I did yesterday. I just let my body find the rhythm that it needs to heal and feel better. The greatest moments of my life are spent in the garden and with my students. The saddest is the realization that I have had to let go of so many activities that used to make my heart sing. I have learned over the years to let go and to not be attached. Following Buddhist principles has helped me to get there. This site is a true blessing, with people who understand the journey and have compassion for the process. It helps me a great deal....sometimes to share, sometimes to just simply listen.

I take vitamin B12 to help with my energy and rest when I need to. Plaquinel helps me a lot with my energy levels.
