I don't know what to think or do. Can't keep myself together! Haven't been myself lately since last sunday.it all started with a really bad eye pain .I went to e.r because I couldn't handle the pain. Next day I wake up with excessive gas , having trouble breathing, lost of appetite and feeling really tired. Been feeling this way up to now! Now I feel weak and lightheaded and feel like my blood pressure goes down. Like if I'm going to pass out. It got to the point that I just cracked and cried. Since Sunday I've been trying to keep myself together for the sake of my kids and husband. I hate trying to pretend that I'm OK inform of my family. I just get so frustrated because the last time I felt this way was a long time ago. And the first thing they told me was that it was signs of depression. I was diagnosed with lupus few months ago. Hopefully this time they here me out knowing that I have lupus and not just all in my head.im considering seeing g a therapist.

Sorry you're feeling so bad. ((((((((Gentle hug))))))))
Are you on anything for your depression?
It helps me to talk to my therapist when I feel down.
You really need some type of support system.

Your primary can give you something simple to ease your depression. I take paxil and my sister takes meds too.
Lupus can affect our moods due to grief, pain, or feelings of being overwhelmed.

Does pail really help you ? Do you get any bad side effects? I'm asking you this because I've been traumatized being on ddepression pills yrs ago. Symptoms got worse I was going insane. I couldn't sleep I was really jittery I couldn't eat so ended up losing a lot of weight and was scared being by myself. Dr ended up giving me medication to basically knock me out all day which I didn't take because I had kids to take care of. I've been Jerky lately too. Does that happen to you or could I actually have anxiety and depression at the same time?

I was told I had anxiety and depression. I went through psychological testing because I was so bad. I sat around bawling and not wanting to do anything.

I get no side effects from my medicine. It really helps me feel better.

It sounds like you have anxiety too along with being depressed. Please talk with your doctor ASAP or see a psychitrist who can give you medicine too.
