scared ,with no support group

I tested positive for lupus .my hips and knees stay numb with spotsall day everyday my hands and arms are the same way my knees and hands swell a lot I have everyday joint pain,I see things that's not really there I stay depressed A lot I have headaches a lot.I feel like I'm in a fog.I have spots on upPer legs looks like fishnet I am losing some of my hair I have a red rash on cheeks wen I'm outside .does this sound like I have lupus and I have problems talking at times

What kind of Dr and what kind of test? Lupus is diagnosed & treated by Rheumotologists. It does not have any one single test, instead it is diagnosed by a series of symptoms. Often if you have 4 or more of the 11 symptoms, then you are diagnosed. (See Diagnosing Lupus link below.)

However, these symptoms overlap with several other auto-immune diseases, so you really need a rheumotologist to examine you and discuss what is going on more specifically. If you are diagnosed with Lupus, there are a multitude of treatments to inhibit progression of the disease and to control symptoms.
