Tonight my mother made a comment that I was getting pale.
Because I'm so sun sensitive I have to avoid the sun as much as possible.

For those are sun sensitive...
Are you pale? Is this a normal look for you too?

I can't wear makeup because it makes my face itch too much. nono
Lupus, Fibromyalgia, Glaucoma, Asthma, Hypothyriodism, Sleep Apnea, OA, Depression, Allergies, and benign familia tremors

HI Joy,

Yep, I tend to look pale when I am religious about staying out of the sun. Pretty darned normal, but I have also been pale when I was anemic. Don't wear make-up. Never have. Mostly because I have so many allergies that I really watch what I put on my body.

Joy, I've found that the tinted moisturizers do wonders. I use a lot of creams on my face anyway, so I put a dollop of moisturizer in my palm and add the tinted moisturizer to that & when applied, even the gals at the cosmetic counter can't tell that I have anything on my face. There are so many brands on the market that perhaps you can find one that's hypoallergenic. I might add that I have very very sensitive skin & have had no problems.
