Did you know that we can make ourselves sick by thinking we are sick? And that Lupus and other auto-immune diseases are some of the most susceptible to that ?
So until the next appointment, I suggest you focus on getting good restorative sleep, eating regular meals at regular times (maybe minimize sugar/junk food intake as needed) and getting some mild regular exercise - like walking to the mailbox.
Do the things you need to do, don't let yourself worry about
the future (or the past), keep focused on and enjoying the present experiences... worry will only steal from you todays enjoyment.
