I’m in pain 24/7 in almost my entire body. Any suggestions on dealing with this would be greatly appreciated.

I am so sorry. My first suggestion may sound strange but it is true. Are you getting enough, proper sleep? I am now on a nightly sleep aid. The deep sleep really does make a difference. Your body needs rest to control the pain. My primary care doctor also put me on an antidepressant as this is supposed to help with pain control. I am allergic to aspirin, etc, so for break through pain I take Vicoden. But I try to avoid that one, for fear of becoming dependent. And try to take breaks through the day - even when you don't think you need one. Hope you feel better, soon.
Take care, Fran

Fran, that is a good point about sleep. I was so nauseated a couple of nights ago that I took some gravol to make it stop and honest to goodness I had the best sleep I have had since I can remember! It helped. Not only with my pain but also my mood and tolerance.

Akkami, I rely on my heating pads a lot. I also am sure to stretch and not stay in one position too long. Pain makes us tense up which I find exacerbates it. I hope you have some relief soon.

Thanks everyone. I sleep pretty well these days. I do take melatonin and drink a sleep tea. I will try stretching. I just never have energy. I just need to do it anyway I guess.
