Note to Pat about restless leg syndrome: I think it has to do with magnesium deficiency, try a multiple mineral supplement and/or lay off carbonated beverages which deplete Mg. Hope that helps, no quality sleep is possible /w creepy crawly legs.

Thanks. I do take magnesium. Neurontin at bedtime helps my legs and improves my sleep quality. It's a very irritating condition.
