mad Hello everyone. My pain management doctor diagnosed me with Lupus 2 days ago and referred me to a rheumatologist I've been seeing pain management as suggested by my oncologist. I am a stage 3 breast cancer survivor I have been in remission for 1 year. Doctors attributed my pain to cancer treatment and it turns out they are correct. My lupus was caused by chemo. My pain is constant. Neuropathy of feet, legs and hands. Constant hip, lower back, rib cage and all joints pain including but not limited to elbows, wrists etc. I am on lyrica, cymbalta, lorazepam, anastazole, oxycodone and ambien. It's so hard to get out of bed in the morning but I push myself and I'm only functional for the first two hours of my day. Recently I've started getting headaches when I'm sleeping. Pain meds are not working. Should I go to the ER?

I would contact the pain manger and tell them what's going on. Maybe they can give you something else.
Lupus, RA, Fibromyalgia, Glaucoma, Asthma, Hypothyriodism, Sleep Apnea, Depression, Allergies, and benign familia tremors

When life throws you lemons....
Pick them up and throw them right back at them! :))
