ANA labs help!

Ok just got numbers from my labs...

.1;2560 ANA titer
-positive ANA screen
-negative ENA screening for smith, rnp, ssa, ssb, scl70, and JO1
-and a homogenous speckled pattern, suspect DFS 70

from what I can tell it rules out many SARDs with the ENA all being negative but I may still be lupus?

just hoping that someone might be able to help clarify some of this for me.

Yes, that does look negative for a number of auto-immune diseases but possibly positive for Lupus. Note that most auto-immune diseases are NOT diagnosed by blood work, symptoms weigh more heavily.

Hope you have an appointment with a rheumotologist soon so they can explain it to you, evaluate your symptoms and possibly develop a treatment plan.
