Hello everyone,

So now that the nice weather is here I'm back doing my water therapy on the lake. My hubby has altered the ladder on my pontoon boat so it is easier for me to get in and out of the water so that's a plus. I use the noodle floaties you get at the dollar store so I can safely tread water without getting to tired out.

My question is:

Do any of you out there feel like your symptoms decrease when your in cold water? When out in the boat I am about in 80 ft. of water so the temperature of the water is about 68-71 degrees. Why do I feel like a million bucks when I'm in the water? It's like my symptoms decrease or even disappear completely. It's really weird. Once I'm back on the boat awhile they come back. Anybody know why? My hubby yells at me cause I wanna stay in the water longer but is afraid I'll get to tired out and he'll have to haul me out like the catch of the day. I feel so good in that cool water. Anyone know why?

Maybe it's because you have no stress on your joints while you float?

Are you a sun sensitive? I can't get out in the sun without protection or I feel terrible.
