Anyone dealing with high anxiety and facial rash.
I am currently dealing with facial burning ,yes weather is getting chilly so that can trigger flares too.
But my high stress mostly gives me high frequency of flare up.

Anyone else thinks your lupus is caused by extreme emotional stress in life.

Mine is,but need validation.

Too many fires making me lifeless and depressed. shocked

It has long been known that stress is a huge contributor to Lupus flares. It has also been suspected, but not scientifically proven, that it contributes to Lupus itself. One theory is that many of us have (dormant) Lupus, and that the cortisol from stress-fighting triggers actual disease onset.

My stress levels have been high lately giving me frequent flares.

Cortisol has been in very high levels always ....

Hope my flares settle down soon.

Thanks .
