I'm posting in reference to my daughter who is 24 years old. She has been very ill for about one year. She has had multiple issues starting with High Enzyme Levels with her Liver and then she started having issues with her gallbladder... High SED rates and high CRP so they removed her gallbladder and she had about 1 month of relief. Her symptoms are facial swelling, joint pain, rash and swelling reaction to three different antibiotic with a recent case of flu and then respiratory infection. Her white cell counts are high and her SED Rate is now 47 her C-Reative Protein (CRP) is 24. She has lots of pain, fatigue, swelling. She has seen Infectious Disease, Allergist, and we are on a list to go to the Cleveland Clinic to see a Rheumatologist within the next 7 days. Are we on the right path? We have read about all of the autoimmune diseases, etc... Very scary
confused

You're doing the right thing about getting to a rheumatologist so quickly.

They will be able to give you answer on whether or not she does have an autoimmune problem.

Looking at "Dr. GOOGLE" will scare anybody, but remember every case is different and how it is treated. Try not to fret too much. Stress is bad for us and can make us feel worse.

I hope she feels better soon and you find answers quickly.
