Are you wearing sunscreen, sun protective clothing, and a hat?

When my skin flares up I use these methods...
Blotches.... pure witch hazel
Dry skin...dermarest lotion

You might need to talk with a dermatologist who could decide for you better.
Lupus, RA, Fibromyalgia, Glaucoma, Asthma, Hypothyriodism, Sleep Apnea, Depression, Allergies, diabetes, and benign familia tremors

When life throws you lemons....
Pick them up and throw them right back at them! :))

Very painful burning rash that makes me restless.

Applied pure aloe Vera gel to soothe and oatmeal lotion.

Need planequinil or prednisone as its more inflammation from internal .

I am trying to avoid because of side effects ...
Dermatologist wants to do immuflorescence exam .
Thanks for feedback.

My in-laws introduced me to something called penaten cream which is made by johnson & johnson. It calms mine down. I put some on at night and leave it on... towel across the pillow. And/or I spread it somewhat thin and put my makeup on over it. One of the ingredients is zinc oxide which is a natural broad spectrum sunscreen-type mineral.
Diagnosed with SLE lupus October 2014.
