So from my subject line you can tell I have been struggling.
I am in a bad flare that has been so long Iha e stopped referring to it as a flare, it’s now a normal.
The only way to stop it is to go to bed and stay there. To rest with abandon, no guilt.
Only when life is so busy how can one do that?
So then there’s a gamit of symptoms.
Allot of terrible fatigue and pain as well as insomnia and cognitive issues.
And don’t forget the fear of how long.....and the frustration and anger and anxiety.....and all the rest
How in heaven’s name does one handle this?
