People with Lupus are, for all practical purposes, ALLERGIC to the sun. It can cause a mixture of odd symptoms. Even fluorescent lights can be irritating to us.
And symptoms can change all the time - something that didn't bother you yesterday can be a hassle today, and visa versa.
I suggest you avoid the sun for a while and see if the condition improves. If it doesn't, maybe plan on seeing a dermatologist - but I bet it resolves by itself.
Hope you are feeling well otherwise!
