Hello Friends,

I've been on some sort of horrible train of sickness for years with no real answers, other than "it's autoimmune". I have just seen a new Rheumy at a large hospital in my area and she said it's most likely in the Lupus family due to my symptoms, consistently positive ANA (1:1280), Elevated Sed Rate. She also wants to refer me to a Neurologist for eval of possible Neuro Lupus due to my gait imbalance, dizziness, vertigo which all began after some type of what I will call an Autoimmune seizure type episode.

I've had joint pain for years, Baker's cyst in my knee, Raynauds, severe fatigue and multiple episodes of episcleritis and more.

She also did a hand X-ray which showed Juxta-articular osteopenia

Starting Plaquenil.

I did not have a positive Lupus anticoagulant blood test, is that common?
I still always fear that I have Lyme Disease.
