I sure do miss so many of our previous members, we shared good times and bad and most of the people I was close with have passed away. We had afternoon chats almost every day that got me past some very bad times! Not sure why I'm posting today, as they are gone. And I've been in remission for quite a while, except for minor stuff.
Today I've got some minor stuff going on, but inflammation doesn't subside on it's own with Lupus, at least not for me. I've got some vertigo and some plantar fasciitis going on, both of which have been linked to inflammation in my past. (They may not be linked for everyone.)
So, since I'm about to go on a much-needed vacation, I started a 3x7, 2x7, 1x7 course of 5-mg prednisone tablets yesterday. Anyone know what I'm talking about? I've got that floaty, spacey, high-energy, exhausted mix of feelings going on. If you've been there, you know. If you haven't been there, ... well, you don't know! Ugh!
