I know I have read a lot here about the extreme fatigue people experience but until today I don't think I truly understood exactly what you all were talking about.  My mind wants to work work work, my body on the other hand doesn't want to move.  I work 40 hours a week and we are one person short so we are on mandatory overtime and have already done 40 hours week week (in 4 days) and have to work all weekend and I have to do what they say as I am single and I am the only one I can rely on to pay the bills so have to keep my job.
How do you all deal with working and this unbelievably extremely exhausting overwhelming fatigue?  It's not just that I'm tired.  It's worse than being "tired".
Vent starting--I am sooooo frustrated with my body right now--Vent over.  Too tired to even vent tonight.

I'm so sorry. Wow they really have you working like a dog huh? What does your job entail (I'm sorry if you said before, ya know brain fog). Is it really physical? I wish I could do something for you but vent away dear, it's well justified. Keeping you in my thoughts.

Diane, I'm so sorry you're going through this right now. about a year ago I read a post on this forum about this awful fatigue and one of the women said, "it's like dropping a pencil on the floor and then staring at it for thirty minutes wondering how on earth you're going to get the energy to reach down and pick it up." I read that to my hubby and the lightbulb finally came on for you. He finally got it. I don't know what to tell you about having to get through so many hours at work. I just wish you didn't have to. Hopefully you can sleep when you're not at work! Good luck getting through this rough time.
