Pat - that was nice of you. I wish I could still write in flare. I tend to hide. Realize it takes a lot out of you to write, the effort was very sweet. I hope you make it through this one okay. Rest. Funny, how much resting helps. When I go through the flares without a major hit, I almost feel guilty (like I got away with something I shouldn't have). We'll see - I'm on my one day at a time kick. Remember they come and, thankfully, they go. I'll pray yours goes quickly. As well as everyone elses. Can't believe so many of us have gotten hit recently. Tough year. The down side to the end of summer I guess. I always get it this time of year, that and after the holidays. Nothing like stress to do you in.
