So sorry you are feeling so poorly. I hope you are able to talk to the doctor's office about
this. Babies are a big job even when we feel well . . . I'm sorry you need to work while you are feeling so poorly.
What you really need is repeated anti-inflammatory meds. If you are approved to take tylenol, aleeve, or ibuprofen, they are all available over the counter and can really help if you take them round the clock. Do check with your doctor first and also find out what dose and if there is something that may help more.
There really is no single test for lupus. It is a combination of criterea which can take years for a doctor to document. Of 11 criteria, we need 4. See the link at the end of my signature for more info.
