Update on my R shoulder

Want to let u all know that I made an appt with the GP in Uk, and will be able to see him next Friday, without any charges (according to the GP's office).  Meanwhile, I am doing some light exercises which taught by a website so that I get some light movement for my shoulder.

That's good! Hopefully they will get it figured out right away. I'm glad you are getting it taken care of, and "free of charge" is great!

I'm sorry it will be a whole week before you see the doctor. Be careful with the exercises. You probably shouldn't even do range of motion exercises until the inflammation and pain is gone. Keep us posted.
