Well, it really differs from person to person. A lot depends on how much water you retain while on the high doses. So each person will notice it at different amounts. But I think most people see a change around 10mg or less. That is because you're entering the amount of cortisol that the body makes naturally, (5-7mg).
I notice the puffiness start to go away when I'm at 10mg or under. If I've been on 5 or 6 mg for a long time, and then all of a sudden I"m up to 10mg I notice a change in my face and overall weight about 3 weeks into the higher dose.
So, my best advice is to drink lots of water. It will help with the water weight and puffiness. 20mg is still considered a high/moderate dose, so I wouldn't expect to see much change until you drop further.
