Just wanted to let everyone know that in my quest to be able to exercise with comfort I have signed up for H20 aerobics at my local YMCA.  I took my first class this morning.  Let me tell you, my joints do not hurt or burn after class-AT ALL! :)  The H20 was very soothing and the exercises weren't difficult.  I was a little bit fatigued after a 45 minute class, but can't wait to go back again Thursday for another session.  Most of the ladies in there are in their 50's and older.  I am 30, and I got some looks when I came into class this morning, but the teacher is greatly supportive!  She knows why I'm there and she's so upbeat.  I just want to say that I would recommend a class like this for anyone who is wanting to exercise to feel better.  I just know that I enjoyed being able to exercise this way and I had alot of fun!

Way great Firebabe!!! So glad you found a workout that you can do. Be careful not to overdo it until you know what they aftermath will be. Most of us need to add activity very gradually. I can't tell until the next day or two if my activities are going to cause a flare. I hope you feel great tomorrow too!!! Keep us posted.

Hey Firebabe,

This is exactly what I want to do so badly. My only problem: I am highly allergic to chlorine! Of course, pools are highly chlorinated. Good for you for getting out there and doing it! I have heard it is a wonderful way to exercise and feels sooooo good! I'm glad it's working for you.
