A great Book, yes I know it is hard to read, but. Living Well with Autoimmune Disease, Mary Shomon

It makes a lot of sense. She covers it all. And has some very good ideas. I am surprised that she does not have lyme, because she nails it on the head. Informative! And helpful.
Besides reading on line on the computer all the time gives me a headache..:>)
