Hi Everyone,

I'm doing a detox foot bath now, and wanted to make sure I have the right recipe.

I have a bowl full of hot water, 1 tablespoon of dry mustard powder and 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper powder.

If anyone knows if this is right, let me know.

Hi Bella.  The water should be warm, not hot.  You have the right ingredients and measurements.  Use a dry skin brush and brush your feet in a circular motion before soaking.  Soak for at least twenty minutes.  Enjoy!

Thanks everyone! Next time I won't make the water so hot, and I will add in the ginger and rosemary powder. I'll do the epsom salt bath, too. My feet won't burn with that one.
