Hi iheartnick.  I am sorry this happened to you.  I would recommend seeing a doctor as soon as you can.  I hope you can get some relief soon.

hello iheartnick.....i have had wiplash 5 times in my life and now that i have lyme it is making it worse. but the best thing to do is to go to your dr. or to see an orthapedic cause they specialize in bones and muscles. a charapracter will only want to pop you in place or give you pills or heat treatments which takes longer to heal so if you go to a orthapedic they will posibly put you through therapy and mite give you meds if the feel like you need them. I know how it feels to have constant kneck pain that affects your head and puts you in tears. I would heat it and use a orthapedic pillow that curves to your spine this will relieve the pressure in your kneck and head. you can take advil to relieve some of the pressure.

since i got lyme in june my kneck has been popping and cracking badly i have learned to deal with the pain casue i have suffered with kneck pain half my life but if you can get therapy do it...i couldnt cause my health insurance didnt cover it...

good luck :0)
