My clinic has me on so many vit.s that is is going to require me to sit still at this lap top and type for a very log
But I am on B12 400 mcg twice a day amanda
And all of the other BBBB'sss
Gosh I will sit down later when I finally get tired from running around and write out what they have me taking....alot.
yell at me later!
For starters run out and get a huge thing of "dietary supplements"
Those packets that have 6 pills each in one....and guess what?
take them twice a day!
and that is not it...

what you want to concentrate on is building your immune system up. think of it as watering your flowers and ferterlizing them. My gardens were always so beautiful in the vineyard...gosh....guess that is why all the deer where at my I had the best free buffet in>((((((((
I got Lymes in 2004. So did my 11 mos old daughter and my favorite dog Toto.
