One of my many symptoms was shin bone pain. The tissue around the bone was also extremely sore and it would really hurt when you touched it
I was put on IV a year ago. To make a long story short, two months ago my doctor added IV Clindimycin to the IV Zithro, and pulsing 3x's a week with Rocephin. I know....heavy...some days I have to get 4 drugs in because the Clindimycin is dripped in the morning and the evening, while the Zithro and Rocephin come in the convenient ball pumps. Anyway, that very distressing problem has finally cleared up. I know that Clindimycin is used for bone and tissue infection. I am one happy camper. Compared to what I was and what I am now - it is encouraging.
Also, the sense of urgency with urinating was a big problem - I could barely make it to the bathroom during the day. However, I only get up at night maybe once or twice which is understandable with all the saline solutions in the IV's and I do drink a lot of water. I was interested in the comments about the anti-diurectic hormones and the potassium levels. y I did start aggressive yeast therapy this week and it has improved. I also added cranberry tablets for about a week. The juice has too much sugar. So, maybe it is a combination of things......
I would caution everyone to make sure to be tested to rule out other possible causes such as a bladder infection, high glucose levels, and so forth.
Finally, itching was a really bad problem for me also. I thought I would go crazy. The dermatologists didn't have a clue. It has finally subsided after long treatment. I also know that I am a highly allergic person to certain tress, some molds, dogs (I have two adorable Norwich Terriers), and the ever present dust mite. I have started sublingual allergy drops and hope to desensitize myself.
Gotta go vote!
