to Staph germs. How do you control it, and where on your body seems to be the weakest area? also, how do you know it's staph?

I have almost chronic staph  infections due  to my immune-deficiency. I have staph in my sinuses, skin and intestines. Proven by testing and biopsy (sinus). I was exposed to toxic mold along with having Lyme so I am prone to infections because my body has nothing to "fight" with.  Where are your infections located? Infections can also be from adrenal fatigue. Have you done an adrenal function test??   D

If your infections are all on the skin, perhaps a yogurt bath (using yogurt containing live cultures) or buttermilk bath would help? Seriously, there is such a thing as a yogurt bath. Smear yogurt all over, let it dry, then dry-brush the dried yogurt off your skin. Supposed to be great for restoring proper bacterial balance to the skin. And its supposed to be a good detox method, too... I want to try it but haven't yet.

Thanks Razzle, I will try that. I do epsom salt baths generally and I think that helps me detox. I will buy yogurt and try it, right now I have flavored only, think I better go with the plain! (:

Yes, I think I'll try the yogurt, too. Thank you so much for the ideas. My infections always seem to come on my inner thigh. I think yogurt will do the job.
