I feel like I've lost it...and everything is in my head.. I had a migraine last saturday (11-9)... a bad one.. then everyday since then ive had a bad headache... accompanied by nausea.. its wearing me out..and then last night (11.14) i had a migraine like no other..for the first time preceded by auro.. it was scary...and shooting pain right across my head to my nose.. unbelievable...
today.. a full week later, i still have a headache.. bordering on turning into another migraine... it seems i feel alright in the mornings..and its after lunchtime that my head starts to get worse.. i get this "glazy" "fuzzy" feeling over my head.. and then i get nauseous... its unbelievable.. im realy starting to think this is all in my head.. that im not really sick im just making myself think im sick.. but that migraine yesterday was killer.. and i cant really function with my head beingfuzzy..and being nauseous.. oh what i wouldnt give to know what healthy, normal is....

May I ask you something about migraines? I have "googled" migraine and have not fouind an answer. I have had a really bad headache for almost a week now but the TOP of my head (not my forehead, but the very top) gets extremely hot and you can actually feel it with your hands. As a migraine sufferer, do you know what I am talking about?? Hope you feel better soon..  D

Blue,
I had the same problem for 3 mos. I did not even want to wake up in the morning. Because it was the first thing that I felt. Keep a calendar to see when they hit you. Mine would come on about 10 days before my period. Like clock work. And the nausea too came with it. And the bad mood. It is hard to smile at someone when your brains are coming out of your eyes...lol. That is how my 5 year old describes them.
Get on a bunch of supplements. I don't know why..but after starting all of mine here at the clinic, that was the first thing to go, the darn mirgaine.
I could not open my eyes during my interview and made them turn off the darn lights...then I had to lie down. so that I would not throw up. It is hard to function at all. It is not all in your head. No one wants to feel like this. Take it easy on yourself. And get better.

Blue,
Oh and stay away from alcohol. I found that one single glass of wine would bring on the worst headaches. It is a drag but it has to go till you get better.
