I am currently waiting to get into my LLMD, but have knee, thigh and left arm and shoulder pain, I take 3 Advils every 3 hours which helps but doesnt take the pain entirely away, any suggestions what may work?

While my LLMD is not in the habit of handing out painkillers, he feels you should see a Pain Med Dr. for that....
He does Rx Tramadol, non narcotic etc. Has made a WORLD of difference in my back pain and does not "knock" me out or give me that "fuzzy" feeling.
Advil did not cut it for me either.
Maybe you could get a small "trial" and see how it works for you.
