I is an antibody titer that they measure looking for autoimmune disease. If it is elevated, they look further for explanation.

Kendal, before you go down that road, please try gram dosages of a good quality Chlorella first. It completely nuked the arthritis that had been slowly removing my mobility for months.

Source Naturals Yaeyama Chlorella is the one I used. At least 3 grams on a completely empty stomach, exactly 30 minutes before eating, 2 times daily minimum. At the beginning of my dinner meal I also ate a full fresh bunch of Cilantro which a potent all-around detoxifier.

After about a week on this regime I bent over one morning to slip on my shoes and I actually felt no pain in my spine at all. At the risk of sounding overdramatic, it seemed like a miracle. It had also been in my elbow, hips, and right hand so bad it was beginning to seriously inhibit my grip strength.

The pain continued to come and go to varying degrees for about an additional 3 weeks, then totally remitted. As long as I stayed on the Chlorella there was zero arthritic pain.

Hey Kendal. Source Naturals is a pretty popular brand and you can find it at a lot of online stores, but the best price I've ever found is at Vitacost. Their shipping rates are lower than anyone else's too.

Don't take any steroids without consulting your LLDr. I am CONVINCED that the RA, the evil Dr. M, killed what little remained of my immune system by mis-diagnosing me with "RA" even though I tested NEGATIVE for RA and POSITIVE for Lyme disease. He dx'ed "RA" based on clinical finding only - amazing that it is OK to do that with RA but not with Lyme disease.
