Still haven't been diagnosed-- waiting on blood tests still.  Was wondering if this was normal or not.  I was extremely dizzy for about 6 weeks and had lots of twitching muscles, muscle aches, tingling in my legs and feet, painful feet, etc.  As of the past couple of weeks my dizziness is not as bad, but still there now and then and all the other symptoms have calmed down some.  I have to say today I feel pretty good.  Is this normal?  Do they come and go this drastically?  Could it be something else?  I have had a mri and it is clear.  Any comments would be helpful.  Thanks!

Lyme symptoms do come and go for me. But it's definitely day by day as far as what's going to bug me.

I hope it IS something else as this disease is not only no fun, doctors make you feel like a baffoon for having it.

That is very typical of lyme. Symptoms can come and go, wax and wane and can change from day to day even. That's what makes it such a strange illness. One minute you can think you have one thing and the next something else, but it is all a part of having lyme. You can have one good day and feel fine and the next day you can feel like hell. It makes life hard to ever plan things. I know for me people think you flake out on them or you miss important things because it is hard to make plans never knowing how you will feel when you wake up in the morning.
