Hylands makes something called Calms Forte that is supposed to be good for sleep. It is homeopathic medicine, so no side-effects.
Other natural sleep-aids include melatonin, magnesium and/or calcium supplements (taken close to bedtime), 5HTP/Tryptophan, Valarian Root, Passion Flower ( see http://www.drugdigest.org/DD/PrintablePages/herbMonograph/0,11475,4101,00.html ), GABA, Rescue Remedy, etc.
The best melatonin has worked for me when taken in combination with magnesium. I'm also seeing sleep benefits from glutamine infusions (an unexpected and welcome side-effect!).
