Hi All,

For those of you using an IR Sauna do you feel it is worth the expense?  Has it made a difference in how you feel?  How often do you use it?  Any info appreciated!

Hi KO,

I got my Infrared Sauna on ebay pretty cheap. I don't see a real difference in how I feel yet, but I haven't been using it that long. I use it about every other night.

I did sauna for 14 months at EHC and it helped alot. I was also detoxing some mold and chemicals as well. It takes time, so be patient as its not immediate as it is detoxing you slowly. I am not doing it now and my body needs it badly. I miss it alot. What kind of money are they to buy your own?? D

You can get a portable tent one on ebay for around $200. Look on ebay for portable infrared sauna and you will see them.

Yep, mine was $199 shipped from an Ebay Seller called Sauna Works I think. Little sucker really works. Best $200 I can ever remember spending.

turn Hi, This is my very first post,Just Joined.I have a biomat and its awesome.They are expensive but worth it.When i lay on it my neuropathy leaves .Plus negative ions are really supposed to help you heal.An awesome product and awesome results.Anyone wondering about it just search "Biomat" Totally adjustable on heat settings and is also a FIR sauna on the high setting. I like this site ..looking really informative as i am always full of questions. :)
