I honestly have no clue if I am getting worse or if doxy is taking effect on the buggers (if I FOR SURE have it). However, my =adlinkMouseOver(event,this,0); style="POSITION: static; TEXT-DECORATION: underline! important" onclick=adlinkMouseClick(event,this,0); onmouseout=adlinkMouseOut(event,this,0); href="http://www.mdjunction.com/#" target=_new>bone and deep joint pains have been much worse, also the nerve pains have too.

This morning I was okay, then I took 2 doxy aroun noon and literally 30 min later the pains started. Can herxing happen everytime you take medicine in the beginning? I keep a daily journal now, maybe I should keep an hourly one while I am on the meds to see if it in fact happens mostly after I take the meds....

I don't know King1234 but we seem to have a lot in common. I mean I cannot ever tell if it's progress to be in pain or what.

This disease is the worst.

You know, when I start on new medication I herxed A LOT too. I had air hunger at night and RLS and twitching. I don't have the air hunger anymore. THAT WAS SCARY. I'd lay down and suddenly not be breathing. And then I couldn't breathe at all. Fortunately, whatever that was has passed.

Maybe it was an allergic reaction.

Are you up to 400 mgs of doxy? Are you washing it down with some green tea? It helps absorb the darn antibiotic and can kill superbugs,

Just curious.

I am on 300 per day, and will start adding the azirthro tomorrow then the flagyl next weekend.

Remind me what bands you tested pos on? See mine below--one one definative (31) and IND 34 adn 41...makes me nervous to a degree-what if I DONT have lyme? Though have no clue what else it could be given I have been tested for so many other things and all my sx point to this. Think I just have a hard time accepting it unless it is 100% showing in the labs.

You know, If you don't like your lyme test results you could ask your doctor for a CD57 test.

This is supposed to tell how your immune system is dealing with lyme.

If you have a number above 100 you might not have it. I don't know the true cut off.

My was a 13 after 1 1/2 years of abx. Apparently if you are 60 or below it is considered an

active lyme infection.

Yes, she ran this cd8/57 and my results were:

3  range 2-17

60 range 60-360

So it looks like I just made it per reference range but she said she likes to see people in the 250 range or something like that. Are these ranges universal?

I'm not the educated one on that. Sorry, But I would say you have lyme. Your immune system hasn't totally

given up yet. That's my opinion on my 13. I can't stand to be off abx for more than 4 days. That's

even a stretch but I do have bart too. Anyway, I hope you find something be it abx or natural to help

heal your body.

I would add that some docs wouldn't condsider a 100 a very good number to

quit abx on.
