about to start back on antibiotic due to symptoms coming back and have had some intestinal concerns so what to make sure I take enough probiotics, but also have read about people getting sick from taking too much. If my probotic is 10 billion can I still take three a day or is that too much? I have been taking one a day, but my Infectious Doc wants me to go up to three a day with the antibiotics. I just don't want to get sick from too much probiotics.

Thanks!
Blessings,
Leah

The best way to tell is to increase slowly. Don't jump from 1/day to 3/day.

i do best on probiotics with multiple types of bactia, 4-12 types for the diversity. I have never gotten sick on probiotics, did you take them with food? Also, plain yogurt with no added sugar is helpful.
