Andy Abrahams Wilson met Matthew Modine in Denver and he told him he had lyme in the past and at the time it almost killed him! There are many celebrities out there that have not come out about it, i think they feel it is not necessary or they are embarassed! Not reallly sure!!! However word is getting out!!! Hopefullly this movie will help them feel better about it!

I think celebreties won't talk about illnesses because they are afraid they won't get work. It's expensive to shut down filming when an actor is ill. It's all about the money!!!

Poor Mathew Modine. Haven't seen to much of the nice kid from Loma Linda.

Actually, he's open about it...

Check this link out

I have to admit, I still find him attractive even w/ Lyme disease!!!

I'm not embarrassed at all. I have tried to educate folks and they are so perplexed by what I tell them, it's just not worth it. My own sister doesn't even understand...
