Welcome to the forum newnoggin! On the first page of this forum, at the top of the page, there is a topic entitled "The Basics, Newbies check this out". This topic thread has a lot of info. to get you started learning about lyme. You will find an explanation there of the Western Blot bands.

I think Bartonella can cause a lot of psychiatric symptoms. Lyme can cause the neck pain. It would be useful to get the opinion of a lyme literate doctor so that you could really find out what is going on. These docs are often better at helping to diagnose complicated health issues than other types of docs. At least they could help you determine if anything is lyme related, so that you could rule it in or out.

Best wishes to you. Hope you get the help you need and deserve.
