Please don't drink any soda, yes, easier said then done. The reason is any type of soda, diet, non-diet, etc. makes one's body very acidic which is not healthy. Lyme bacteria's love an acidic body compared to an alkaline body.
I used to be a Diet 7-Up Addict and slowly switched over to filtered water. I add all sorts of things to my water, fresh lemon juice, or a packet of Vitamin C.
Every morning I make my Immune Boosting Drink that consists of filtered water and Green Vibrance with some DE mixed in.
If you are up to it, you can make smoothies using blueberries, strawberries, etc. I used to use a juicer (carrots, celery, apples, etc.) but after finding the Green Vibrance I stopped juicing.
