As far as vitamins, minerals, and herbs go - are there any that you should avoid when you have lyme disease? I vaguely remember reading something that said magnesium is not good to take. What should you take? What should you not take? What has worked for you?
I'm slowly starting to exercise (very little bits) at a time - not lifting weights yet but I'm working up to it. I plan to take glucosamine for joints - but don't want to go out and buy a multivitamin until I hear some feedback from others
