kendal-I had B-12 in Feb but my husband gave them to me. I am pretty sure if you asked he would have Karen (nurse) give them to you. They are kind of expensive. We had them made at a compounding pharmacy in Bedford.

I take B12 dissolving under the tongue. Excellent supplement and pretty cheap too. Give it a week. You'll notice a difference. $25 for three month supply...

I have been injecting B12 for twenty years or more (pre-Lyme diagnosis) It is VERY easy to do yourself. After many years of going to the doctor for it, I asked her to teach me. You just practice with an orange, like they teach diabetics. I would ask them to teach you to do it yourself.  D

kendal- they are easy to give and to be honest they didn't do much for me. I did finally use the sublinqil I bought at the vitamin store in the mall.

kendal-it is hard for me to say. Chronic fatigue is my WORSE symptom so I am not sure much helps me with that. If I were you though I would give it a try. It is not too expensive and alot of times they have buy one get one free. Just make sure it has the right B-12 not the methyl B-12. You can get it at the Mall of NH in the vitamin store. It is orange tablet that dissolves under your tongue. Last time I bought it they came in a box that you punch out the pills not a bottle. They were in the far left hand corner of the store. Hope this helps!
