Does you guys feel like your muscles tire more easily?
I'm talking about
the things you used to do like simply carrying your cleaners to your car. When I do this, my arms just go kaput and I can't wait to get them in the car.
I was simply lifting a heavier bowl from my cabinet, when my arm just sort of got shaky -- there's no other term.
I know I pass the test of strength from a lousy recent visit to a rheumy. But I still feel very weak -- weaker than I used to be.
Is that something to be concerned about
and would weight lifting -- lightly -- help?
Thanks so much.
