I have 3 more weeks to go for my treatment and then i am done...I am out of here. I am not crazy about misisng my kids school and my kids and my home to hang out in az and go and get all of these darn needles stuck in me everyday. crap.
But I am almost done. 2-3 more weeks. I feel fine now...until they hit me again. They want me to finish. So I wlll. But i feel fine. But really tired. so I am off to bed......and then tomorrow morning I have to be there to get blood taken and then get pints of stuff pumped into me. but if my port does not work as it should, I have to go back to the hospital monday to get it to work. I am almost done. Yippe!!!!!!!!!!!

2004 in Martha's Vineyard me and my two daughters then 11 mos and 6 all got Lyme Disease. This was only known to us because we found the tiny ticks on us and we got very ill. My dog also got lyme and he went lame.
We have fought it for 4 years to no avail.
We all got it again this summer is Texas.
I am now in treatment in Scottsdale Arizona at Envita.

hi,
I have 3 more weeks I found out yesterday. The first week I was here my port did not work for a couple of days. The again this week. It will flow in but not out. Which means there is a kink in the cathader somewhere. So Monday I have to go back to the Scottsdale Hospital and get it fixed.Surgery. I am bummed out about it. I will not be able to hold anything over 5 punds for weeks. And they hurt for a long time. It makes my whole right side blow up and is so tender.
PLus it does not look good at all. So easy things like carrying my purse and opening a door are realy tough. And then having it used for 4 days right afterwards for 6 hours of treatment...It is going to be a tough time.
I do not respond so well to being put under for 2 hours. But maybe since my lyme is mostly gone the drugs will not effect me so baldy. Hope..
They have me doing six hour treatments for the next 3 weeks. Three times a week. I am never done it that much before.
I have not herxed yet. But I do notice some of my symtoms sneaking around. Like I had a migrian yesterday and the photosensitvity was really bad. Even the night clock was hurting me. I guess then that they will re do al of my blood work. The good news for others is I understand that alot of people at the clinic are getting 60% to 100% of their treament covered.
So that is so good. Guess 20,000 in the long run is much cheaper for them.
best

It is wonderful that you are getting well. I hope that the surgery goes smoothly and it is not as uncomfortable as before. I am excited about my trip to see my first LLMD whose partner is knowledgeable in homeopathic medicine. I feel hopeful.
