Are the portable saunas that sell for a couple of hundred bucks on e-bay any good? Does anyone here have one?

Yes, they are very good. A lot of us have them and use them here and love them!

I have one and LOVE IT! I use it almost every day for a half hour. Some of the portable ones have no heat control. It is on or off. I got one with 6 levels of heat control.

Another benefit I am starting to notice--had some spider veins on my legs for years and years and they seem to be disappearing.

I have one also. Definitely helps work up a sweat. I find that occasionally the heat can cause a die-off and a herx, though not always. It might be something to consider, though. I also have an ozone generator that I'll experiment with in tandem with the sauna when I feel able to handle it. That could be interesting.
